This is Richard and Paul, best friends and cousins, rowing a boat from Paul's summer camp to a very small island in Sebago Lake called Day Island. There they had a private funeral for someone that was very close to them. I saw them laugh and cry and laugh and cry as they talked about their friend. This photo reminds me of all the people we have met while making The Sunday Best. People we would not have met otherwise.
